What effect does drinking alkaline or pH balanced water have in our body, why is it so important and what is the best way of getting the right pH level in the water that we drink?
The short answers to these three questions is yes,
it hydrates our body better than the majority of other liquids,
it is vitally important because it helps in the removal of tissue acid waste from our bodies which is the root cause of illnesses,
the right way to get pH balanced water is with a good quality water ionizer that will give you a constant flow of pH balanced water that you want and need.

Now let’s look at the questions and answers around the subject of pH balanced water in some more detail. When we drink alkaline water which is pH balanced at around 7.4, the question that is often asked is ‘What will happen in the stomach which is highly acidic when this alkaline water gets there?’
O’Shucks more technical stuff!
What happens is, so that food can continue to be digested, the stomach is acidic with a pH balance of around 4 and this level needs to be maintained. When we eat foods high in pH and drink alkaline water the pH level in the stomach goes up. To lower the pH level again, to around 4, your stomach produces more hydrochloric acid. Drink more alkaline water and eat more pH foods and the same process happens again.
NB:When you understand how the stomach produces hydrochloric acid you will have a ‘light bulb’ moment about why pH balanced water is so important.
Your body doesn’t store any hydrochloric acid in a place inside of it that it takes it form when your stomach needs it. The cells in our stomach wall must produce it when it as it is needed and only then. The chemicals that make up the hydrochloric acid (HCI) are carbon dioxide (CO2), water (H20) and sodium chloride (NaCI) or potassium chloride (KCI).
The chemical equations look like this: THE GOOD GUYS
NaCl + H2O + CO2 = HCl + NaHCO3
or
KCl + H2O + CO2 = HCl + KHCO3
This is important and is what we want happening, as a result of making hydrochloric acid we have also made sodium bicarbonate (NaHCO3) or potassium bicarbonate (KHCO3) , which enter the blood stream. Once there, these bicarbonates help to keep the pH balanced by neutralizing excess acids in the blood; they also dissolve tissue acid build up into a liquid form.
WATER WATER EVERYWHERE BUT NOT A DROP TO DRINK…EXCEPT HERE AND DEFINITELY HERE
This is why we need to drink pH balanced water; it causes our body to increase the alkaline levels in the blood and then acts as a carrier to remove the acid waste in our blood stream and organs from our body.
Water is what keeps us alive, our body is made up of around 70% water and this needs to be replaced regularly. Your body uses it as the base material to perform most if not all the functions that it needs to do to keep your alive and healthy.
You go three days without water and see what happens!!!!!!!
Our blood stream is or should be 96% water. Blood is our stream of life; it needs to flow freely through our body. It cannot do this when you are dehydrated (your water levels are low, not drinking enough water) or when pH balanced water is not drunk for energy and good health.
